Steps Required for Recertification

In order to complete recertification each year, you need to complete several steps. In short they are:
1. Pay WNYSRU dues. Go online to the unit’s website at http://www.buffalo.wnyreferee.org/forms.html and print the membership form Fill out the membership form and mail with a check to Shane Greene, BWNYSRU Secretary. Unit dues may also be paid at the recert clinic.
2. Sign up on Game Officials at WNY Referees Gameofficials for your recert clinic, pay USSF dues and take your test. Ensure you take and pass the 2018 test prior to attending the recert clinic. Please also look over U.S. Soccer Law changes for 2018.
3. WNYSRA WILL NOT submit your Registration to US Soccer, until you complete all the requirements for your Referee Grade. You need to take and pass your test before you attend your Recert clinic or within five days of attending your Recert clinic.
4. RISK MANAGEMENT - Check your Risk Management Pass to see if it expired. If yes, please renew your Risk Management Pass.

12/3/17 Sportsplex 9a to 12p Basic THIS COURSE IS FULL
12/6/17 Harlem Rd Community Center 6p to 9p Advanced
12/9/17 Grand Island Middle School 9a to 12p Basic
12/13/17 Sahlens Sports Park 6p to 9p Basic
12/27/17 Frontier Education Center 6p to 9p Basic
12/30/17 Sweet Home High School 9a to 12p Basic
1/6/18 Harlem Rd Community Center 9a to 12p Advanced
1/6/18 Harlem Rd Community Center 1p to 4pm Basic
